5% PRICE BEAT GUARANTEE
 

The price beat guarantee means that if you find a stocked item advertised elsewhere in Australia for a lower advertised price than the one offered by Modeller's Warehouse; we will beat it by 5%.

The guarantee applies to all items that are:

  • Stocked by Modeller's Warehouse 

  • In stock at the competitor, and

  • Not excluded from the price beat guarantee

What is excluded 

  • Cashback and coupon offers (any coupon either paper or electronic code word required by the competitor or any supplier cashback)

  • Commercial quantities and pricing (quoted pricing for large orders not offered to general public)

  • Stock liquidations (reduced to clear items, store closing/receivership clearance)

  • Wholesale and trade accounts 

  • PECO branded products

GROUND UP SCENERY STATIC GRASS WARRANTY

 

 If your Ground Up Scenery Static Grass Applicator stops working for any reason other than misuse or abuse, Ground Up Scenery will replace your Static Grass Applicator with a new one free of charge. SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The default shipping method is standard shipping. All orders sent via standard shipping automatically have a coverage of $100.00. You may elect to pay for Insured Shipping which will automatically cover your order against theft or any damage that may occur during shipping.

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY 

 

All items dispatched from Modeller's Warehouse are checked before packaging. If any goods arrive damaged, then you must get in contact with Modeller's Warehouse immediately upon receipt of the goods. All supplied goods will be sent via either Australia Post standard parcel delivery or a Modeller's Warehouse elected courier as standard. You will only be covered for damage during post if you have selected Insured Shipping. All claims for compensation to Modeller's Warehouse will be assessed on their merits.

SALES EVENTS

All sale events will have pre-determined end dates. Any items sold during a sale event that are out of stock will be refunded at the sale event price paid for the items. There are no rainchecks and no laybys available for sale event items. Sale event pricing does not include pre-order items.

THE MORE YOU SPEND THE MORE SAVE SALE EVENTS

The More You Spend The More You Save Sales Events are designed to offer store credit for use on all in stock items. Unless otherwise stated The More You Spend The More You Save Sales Events are instore events only. All store credits will have a 90 day expiry from date of receivership and can not be used with any other offer or sales event. Laybys are not entitled to receive The More You Spend The More You Save credits. The More You Spend The More You Save credits will only be applied to full price items, clearance items and can not be used on the day of receivership. The More You Spend The More You Save credits can not be used for pre-orders or existing layby's.
